No. The PC and Mac version were separate releases.
I do have the CD of the PC version as well.

Ah, this is what I played one time, many years ago! I could not find it when I searched "Lion King".

This game is missing some music, namely the drums. I know there are supposed to be drums; I remember that from the Windows version.
