Super Real Mahjong PIV was originally an arcade game where you play mahjong against pretty anime girls. For each round you win, they strip off some of their clothes in a fully-animated cutscene. Obviously not for younger players. The Macintosh version is identical to the Panasonic 3DO version, and has more features than the original arcade game.
