This game works with: Basilisk II,

4 simple choose-your-own-adventure games with a decidedly warped antagonist: a spunky, basketball-sized blob with a single swirly eye that really really wants to play games with you. Crudely drawn and yet a sleeper when it was released, it still has fans to this day.

First two games will run in black and white, but the second two require at least 16 shades of gray.
