unless you're referring to the emulator itself,

Yes, I mean the "Control Panels" -> "Monitors" settings from within Sheep.

But I think this can only offer settings up to the setting set in the SheepShaverGUI application on the host.

Maybe try all the Colour Depth settings your Sheep configuration offers

I tried all colour settings, still the same D: , unless you're referring to the emulator itself, then I can't seem to locate it in SheepShaverGUI

but the game only runs in B&W with icons from Simpson's, anyone know how to get this to run in colour

I am not completely sure, but probably a Colour Depth setting?

Maybe try all the Colour Depth settings your Sheep configuration offers (seen from Sheep within),
according to the age of the game try the lower settings first.

I am running this on SheepShaver / OS 9.0.4, but the game only runs in B&W with icons from Simpson's, anyone know how to get this to run in colour and with the traditional tiles

My Mom used to play this game religiously on the family's LCIII. Brings back some good memories.

I know this game. If you have ResEdit, you can customise the appearance.
