This oddity applies Entrex's wargame engine to a battle inside the human body. As usual, you can take either side: deploy drugs and antibodies to defend strategically vital organs, or marshal a force of germs to wipe out the immune system.

There was later a CD-ROM sequel, Germicide 3D: Return to the Park.
