Led by an animated Parasaurolophus named Rolf, kids have the opportunity to explore the three main sections of Paleo Island, each involving a major paleolithic era of the past (Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous). They can learn more about the animals, plants and other scenery by clicking on them and are often presented with a short computer-generated movie about their selection. But visitors aren't there just to look around! They also must help Rolf reclaim nine eggs that were lost when evacuating the attack of a Tyrannosaurus Rex. …. The games are designed not only to teach children about various dinosaurs but also to develop skills like puzzle solving and quick thinking. (Adventure Legends)

According to the help file on the disc image about how to play, you are expected to play the game from the CD (or in your case from the mounted CD image which is the .iso file that you downloaded).
I am having trouble getting this to work on my computer without the installer (not sure if this is the right term?) being open. I was able to successfully download it and even move the game icon to my applications section of the finder, but as soon as I click the eject button on the installer, the game won't launch anymore. Any advice? TIA
