Emulation
This game works with: Mini vMac Mini vMac II

A 1-bit (black and white) looping animation of a dancing nude.

DL #1: Dancer unpackaged from original DA suitcase, probably copied from a System 7 OS before uploading, as Dancer.sit (user modified, 1999).
DL #2: Dancer DA, repackaged back into a DA suitcase using the above file and it's now suitable for Macintosh Systems 6.0.8 or earlier. Dancer-DA.sit was compressed using StuffIt v2.0 for good backwards compatibility.

An underwhelming SIM that apparently works in classic mode on Mac OS X, too.

DL #2 requires the use of the Font/DA Mover to install Dancer onto SSW 6.0.8 and earlier. In Systems 7.0 and above it can be installed into the correct location by dropping it onto the closed icon of the System Folder.

It is a DA, but the uploader or someone he got it from, has removed the DA suitcase (for running as an app or DA on Systems 7 and later).

I'll pack it into a suitcase for you and add it to the page, shortly. It will require using the Font/DA Mover on your SE to install it, but as you're using SSW 6.x you'll likely be aware of that.

I just downloaded this and it won't run on my System 6.0.8 Macintosh SE FDHD.
I saw someone say that there was a DA version of this. Any thoughts?

called "GoGo Girl"? I dunno, the name "Dancer" is hardcoded, so if you rename the file it still plays in a window called Dancer. Sooo... dumb? Could be. Running OS9 natively, program takes a "leak" when the Close Window button is pressed. Using cmd-Q to Quit is ok but closing the window slows down the computer, keep repeatedly launching and closing window and it gets ever slower?

It's really called "GoGo Girl".
It was made in the 80's (I don't have access to my floppy collection atm, so I can't be more specific).
It is available in various formats, for instance a DA (desk accessory) and an INIT (system extension).
