It is a small update to CD Fun House 10, it now includes Shareware Doom for Mac/Win/DOS

Both CD's are hybrid Mac/Win-DOS ISO image files. If running a classic Mac OS to access their content, double-click to mount using the "Virtual CD/DVD Utility". Otherwise use Toast to mount the image or any other CD tool, or burn the image to CD media.
