Catz worked perfectly for me on a Macintosh PowerBook 540c running Mac OS 8.1 (Adoption Kit Version) and on an Indigo iMac G3 (2000, 350MHz) running Mac OS 9.2.1 (Demo version that comes with the Dogz Hybrid CD-ROM). Interestingly, when played on the PowerBook 540c, the minimum requirement as stated in the read-me file calls for a 68040-33, well, it met that requirement (68LC040-33 to be exact). But after installing Catz on the iMac G3 with Mac OS 9, it comes up with an error message saying that something is disconnected (I can't recall the error message correctly), but everything works just fine with no problems launching the game on Mac OS 9.
