Download #2 contains Disk Copy 4.2 images. These were derived from a KryoFlux stream found on the Internet Archive. (Steps are: use the dtc command to create a .img file (recognised by Disk Copy 6 after giving the file the correct type and creator code) from the stream, then convert that to Disk Copy 4.2 format on a Mac.)
