As in the first game in Edmark's Early Learning series, Millie's Math House, Bailey's Book House is an educational game designed for younger children to use. The interface is completely point-and-click, and instructions are given verbally, repeatable as needed. The player is taken to the main screen where Bailey sits reading in a chair; around the room are various objects and furniture that lead the player to the activities (MobyGames)

For me, Toast 5 mounts the iso OK. I am running a G3 and Mac OS 9.2.2. Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions as to what might be a solution for you.
Can someone tell me how to use the file? I have a Mac G4 with 9.2.2 on it as the system software. Neither Toast Titanium nor Disk Copy 6.5 could mount the iso. Both reported that it was an unknown file structure.
