The first file (smaller one) is a PPC only installation.

The second file is a disk image of the UK retail release distributed by The Learning Company.

Confirmed: this img is not recognizable on PC. Need to redump it.

the second download should be a Hybrid disk image

Just the Mac part is all that I can detect. Plus, this Disk Copy .img is not mountable on Windows, if there is a Win partition there that I can't see.

If possible, create a .iso image of hybrid Mac/Win disks.

If you have access to a Windows machine ImgBurn is easy and creates excellent copies of any CD/DVD including Mac only disks (& excels at creating .iso's of hybrid CD's).

If i'v done it right, the second download should be a Hybrid disk image that works with PCs too

If i'v not done it right and its just the Mac part, let me know and i'll have another go
