It's a simulation where you're an air traffic controller trying to guide planes to land without causing them to crash.
A version of this game was published by Simon & Schuster as Near Miss.
CompatibilityPlays in b/w in Mini vMac, but also on a Mac that can switch to 16 colors.
Comments
My copy is called "Air Traffic Control Simulator" and the volume name is "ACTS" (typo?). I have a large fold-out map for this game somewhere, which I may be able to scan if I can find it and get it to fit on my scanner (will have to do it in parts).
Mmm, from v5 it was definitely called Air Traffic Controller (or ATC). On my BMUG PD-ROM from 1994 it was shareware, from my BMUG PD-ROM from 1995 it was the full unlocked version.
Re-name this.
The real name is "near miss"
I have the floppy.
If the monitor with the OSX machine could have been set to 16 colours, it may have ran there.
I wanted to upload it, but you supply the manuals, which I don't have - curious to having 'em now!
Fixed, now mounts properly.
Not sure if this file is archived in a way that is usable in an emulator...
