Windows Taskbar in OS 9

What is name of utility, which does something like on this screenshot(adds Windows-like taskbar to OS9)?: http://macintoshgarden.org/sites/macintoshgarden.org/files/screenshots/w...

I'm not Windows fan, but this looks interenting, and I'd like to have such an utility in my collection. Smile I have searched Macintosh Garden many times, but i can't find it.

@Konpon96: It was a Control Panel called GoMac, giving a Windows-like Start Menu to mac OS 8 (also works in OS 9). I had a copy of GoMac version 1.5v1 so I've put it up at the Garden - Download page for it here.

There is a utility that provides this very menubar - I believe it is called Power Utilities, or Go Menu, or something similar. Not to be confused with PowerMenu, which creates custom context menus. I'll have a look through my backups and find a copy. It has heavy copy-protection, but I think I can snag a working serial for it as well.

PS. It is not the same as GoMac, but is very similar in functionality!

Holy crap, I forgot all about GoMac!! I used to run it on my Performa 6360 way back in the day. Awesome find, MikeTomTom!

@Konpon96: I discovered that I had a more recent GoMac archived. Now called "Action GoMac" this one has more features than the 1.5v1 version, including QuickLaunch icons. This one looks really good and is highly customisable (plus the icons work as they should, too).

I've put it up at this Garden Page. It installs as a 30 day "Trial" software but with a full serial it will become fully active and won't expire or nag (I don't have a serial for it sorry).

Thank you very much! Smile Now I know the name of this, so I can search for serial.

I have found serial. It's: C210N9092161220141. Enter it, then restart computer. I works with GoMac 2.0.2 on my OS9, but according to site where I got it, it works also with most recent GoMac 2.1.1. I will upload it later.

Yup, Action GoMac (part of Action Utilities). This IS the product I was thinking of, just bundled with their other utilities. Disregard my previous post above.

Looks like it would conflict with Control Strip.

I believe you can drag control strip (with a modifier) to wherever you want? It may still be stuck at the bottom of the screen, but drag it to the right corner, and minimize it, and you might find a way to use both...?
