VR Soccer '96… Fair game to archive here?

So I've got an old CD copy of VR Soccer '96 that came bundled with a Power Mac 6500. I made a disk image and got that compressed and ready to upload and then noticed that the game is still for sale, for Mac (OS X) and PC on GOG and Steam.

What's the rule here? Yes, it's still for sale but only for modern macOS, and I can't imagine the version I have is still sold anywhere. Do I just need to call out it's for sale and include a link to GOG and/or Steam as part of the listing?

Uploading your copy for Classic Mac is OK as it is not for sale and making it available here will not affect the sales of the versions for modern Macs. The PC version is not relevant. If you want to alert people to the modern release, go ahead. I often do that myself when a modern version is available.
