Are we talking official or unofficial cider ports? I think there are already a bunch of official releases uploaded to the site that comply with the "10 years after" rule, but most other Cider ports back then had been sold through the now defunct gametreeonline website which required online activation, which I'm pretty sure is now broken so you'd have to find a working crack, which most of them did not have iirc.
If you're looking for unofficial ports however you got the right guy since I'm one of the founding members of the portingteam website and probably the one guy who's ported more unofficial Cider games than anyone else in the community. I still have all of them backed up on my mediafire account so if you're looking for anything specific let me know.
PS: I don't think unofficial ports are allowed on the garden tho...
Call of Duty 4/2
Correct me if I'm wrong but those were both native ports iirc.
Or do you mean CoD Modern Warfare 2?
yes they are however i ca not get them to work on leopard so i would like to try the windows ports through cider
How weird, I could swear I played CoD 4 on my Leopard MBP around 2 years ago, however after checking it again just now it also refuses to launch. I'll try to get to the bottom of this.
We don't allow dosbox wrapped apps/games, I don't see Cider ports becoming a thing here, either. Sorry.
if you want @thedoctor45 you can send it to my email which should be available on my account page
I'm still trying to figure out why the Aspyr ports of CoD 2 & 4 aren't running on 10.5 as they should. I've noticed that the same problem is affecting many other Aspyr ports btw. - so far I've identified problem with the following games:
Call of Duty 2
Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare
Civilization IV
Civilization IV Warlords
The Sims 2
Enemy Territory QUAKE Wars
Guitar Hero III
Neverwinter Nights 2
Prey
RollerCoaster Tycoon 3
Star Wars Empire at War
I've tried running those on a 4 month old backup of my current setup and there they work just fine so it must be something that I installed recently that causes these problems.
my disc/physical copy says it needs 10.6
The original releases of both games definitely did not require 10.6.
