Are there other versions of mac ninja? I seem to remember being able to jump and throw ninja stars.
EDIT: also I don't seem to be getting notifications if people respond. My account has my email and I have notifications on but I still don't get them.

There is no notification mechanism for responses to posts made in the forum. If someone wants to contact you they can leave a message in your guestbook (which does send you an email containing the guestbook message). Same goes for you, if you leave a message in someone else's guestbook they will get that message sent to their email address, if they have that feature turned on in their user setup.
So if I post a question in the forum how do I know if it gets answered? Just randomly check all my posts routinely like I just did now?
For now, yes. The site is slowly being rebuilt though, and hopefully that new version when it's released will have more robust options for notifications.
