fwb hard drive toolkit v2.5.3 and re serial key

I noticed that the garden already had a copy of the disc but that one of the comment mentioned a serial was needed. I don't have any working <=macos8.x systems around to be able to try it for myself but if someone would like to I could forward you a possible serial # for you to see if its a working legitimate one as to then addendum to the existing archive?

(reason I mentioned it this way is because its not an actual cd but rather a home-burnt cdr from someone and it eventually ended up in my hand at some point, with the appname and serial penned in around the top layer)

I'd be willing to give it a try. Copied it over to my 7600 on 7.6.1 and yea, the installer immediately asks for a key when you click the install button.

If that one doesn't work for some reason, here are a number of others that are (supposedly) for v2.5:

GC205007000
GC213002000
GC225002000
GC235008000
GC247007000
GC253004000
GC267004000
GC273007000
GC282002000
GC292008000

It should be noted that the FWB Hard Disk ToolKit 2.5.3 here at the MG is the Personal Edition and serials for 2.5.x will not work, they need to be specific PE codes.

This info will be added to that page, shortly.

Turns out my floppy disk edition of HDT is PE 2.5.2. Tested the serial number with 2.5.3 PE and it works fine, so I've added it to the page. (I've also added 3.0.2 PE CD, with serial, to its own page).

Fantastic, it works fine. Thank you very much for the PE code.

Yep, that one worked. Just make sure to change the name and org from the defaults also.

the disc not surprisingly didn't want to actually mount on a very new computer (I still have to get the other one set up yet) but it was still able to probe the actual name of the cdr which indeed had 'PE' at the end so superzeldabros if you still want try one more serial which I'm somewhat certain should actually work then here: NC207346380

@macsonny: Yes, that works too. Thank you. Another working code which can be used. Smile
