The 'Gold' versions here are already the best you can get. They run in true-color without dithering compared to the proper versions that look like you are looking at the game through mosquito net.

None of them really did before V. They KINDA work in Classic (better in Panther than Tiger), but none before Chronicles was native. The opening videos stutter like crazy and input lag is often noticeable. Much better to run in OS8.6-9.

He/She means Intel OS X compatibility, which naturally will be there for whatever version App Store sold. (OS 8.6/9 versions running better or not is another matter...)

If the app used to be sold for Intel OS X in the app store, and it has been pulled down, and the publisher is also not selling copies (neither physical nor digital), and it has been 10 years since those App Store versions were released, then it is a valid request and may be uploaded here, if anyone has it and/or is willing to.

But are the App Store / Intel OS X versions that old yet?

Independent of that, I noticed that I was forced to log in to the computer with the Apple-ID and the password used to buy the game in the AppStore before, when copied to another computer.

I'm pretty sure they're talking the Aspyr-published port of Tomb Raider II to OS X.
Even still, that version came out in 2011, so that's not eligible to be here just yet.
