Anyone have software that supports this beast of a PCI card?

HDX Component/Analog-SD/HD Mezzanine Card 24601 B

I have this in a newly rebuilt 2004 Powermac G5 2.5ghz DP.

Here is a listing for an example since I cannot figure out how to get an image posted right now.

This a video card with S-VGA on card. on card is Gennum. The manufacturer is upside on photo. The card is made in USA. There two ports next S-VGA port. I can't tell what they are.
