This is an installed copy so just extract and copy the appropriate extension/s to your System Folder, reboot and run.

The second download comes from MacRUS's stash but is a legitimate copy of the installer disk for Symantec Suitcase 3.0.1. I have also included in the same download the 3.0.2 patcher. Unbinhex, Unstuff and you should see a folder containing a diskette image for the Suitcase installer and a separate file containing the Suitcase 3.0.2 patcher which adds OS 8 compatibility.

This one didn't work for me either. Posted a disk image of the original Symantec Suitcase 3.0.1 diskette (from MacRUS) along with the 3.0.2 Patcher required for OS 8.
