Note that MCP always used MacZip so you will need to use that to unpack the archive to recover the contents with their resource forks intact. Using any other zip program will give you a bad (probably unusable) result.

EDIT: I made the above note without checking in a rush late at night. Well MacZip is not used for this archive after all. So standard zip is OK to unpack,.

I haven't tested this for compatibility for anything other than Mini vMac and haven't taken any screenshots, so if anyone wants to volunteer, go ahead.
