The full installer set for Photoshop 6.0 (English language). Codenamed "Venus in furs" during production, a curious hidden "About Photoshop" Easter egg was left in from the beta version (see pic 4 above). The archive includes the 6.0 installer, the user's manual and includes the updater software to version 6.0.1

2nd DL above (58.72MB) is the German version of Photoshop 6.0.1, pre-installed.
3rd DL, (36.18 MB), is of Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Tryout (Demo software), a multi-lingual installer; that is, you have your choice of 12 different languages to install: English (EN), Brazilian Portuguese (BP), Danish (DK), French (FR), German (DE), Italian (IT), Japanese (JP), Nederlands (NL), Norwegian (NO), Spanish (ES), Finnish (SU), and Swedish (SE).
4th DL is the full Upgrade CD.

The one in DL #1 works fine. Try copy and pasting it, if that was the one you tried.

After having installed Photoshop 6, I couldn't work with, because the Headline was missing, it comes purely blank. But first the Photoshopsign in the Dock didn't stop jumping. What the hell is wrong?

I have a *LOT* of different plugins for Mac programs. Quark XPress 3/4, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. etc.
If there is a desire for these (I believe the VERSIONS I have are abandonware, but most of the plugin manufacturers are still kicking) I will post some here. eg. Alien Skin, Letraset Envelopes, KPT...
Euryale, sometimes windows plug-ins work in Mac, but very, very often NOT.
Look to manual of this plug-in or try Google to find Mac versions.
In Photoshop plug-ins look at:
- System (Win/Mac)
- Version (of Photoshop)
- Hardware (68k, FAT, classic (PPC), OS X PPC, OS X Intel)
I have the Silver and Sharp plugins effects
(the Silver FX is the coolest thing for Photoshop)
but I have it for windows,
so Will those Fx work for this version? or do I need the Mac version
