In System 6.0.8 and earlier, simply copy the "On Cue™" file into the System Folder and restart the Macintosh. This will enable the menu from then on.

This is exactly what's missing from SSW 6 and earlier. An Application/Game launcher's menu. Thank you, Daxeria, for finding this gem. It's MultiFinder friendly, too.
