The Panther Internal Edition iso from here contains v. X 10.1.5 in a few languages including German.

Office v. X is a great release, with its focus on the transition from Mac OS to Mac OS X. It's a Carbon app, but one that is for OS X exclusively and the only one that will run native on Mac OS X 10.1. It is 100% compatible to Microsoft Office 2001, which still works on Mac OS 8.1.

I'm looking for this, but in German language; it'd be great if someone would preserve the German version as well...

I've added the versions I had access on my university's archive. They are all in dmg format. They are the Installers for Office v. X in their English and Spanish versions. Also an English version of the Entourage installer.

I've been using the download manager Monica for years. It works with both Mac OS 9 (possibly 8) and older versions OS X (don't know about newer versions). I've just uploaded the two versions I have here. Smile

@WhosIt.There: What is the name of the download manager that you use? This could be a useful tool for others in similar (dial-up) situations.

Thanks for checking. It must have been my download that got corrupted somewhere along the line. I could open the Zip file, but trying to extract it caused an error about one-third of the way through.

I managed to get the main applications and their necessary folders out, and then "fixed" the small amount that was missing using a trial version disc I had. They appear to work okay. I haven't tried to do anything with the "Value Pack".

Should I add segmented SIT downloads for dial up?

It would need to be in more than 30 parts to get below 10MB each. Smile The other large files I've downloaded in the piecemeal way have worked ... it must just have been one of those hiccups of the internet.

The ZIP file expands here without issues, but it was made with ZIP in OS X which has some odd non standard features. ZIpIt in SSW 7.6 does expand it here too.
MD5 of the ZIP is: 246032655ed2eee6ddc4fee2afef5ac7

I'm not sure if the Zip archive is corrupt, but I can't unzip it. I've tried StuffIt Expander 7, ZipIt 2.2, and the in-built archive utility in OS X 10.5 and they all return an error about one-quarter of the way though. Sad It may just have been my download since, being on a dial-up connection, I had to do it piece-here-piece-there style over a few weeks using a download manager to resume where I stopped each time.

Not sure if this one is "safe" to have here just yet. But it should be archived internally if it is.
