Got it working on Parallels 14 on a Mactook pro 2017 running High Sierra but the first time I tried it I didn't know how to install but I gave it a second try. Found Virtualizing Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard (Server) - https://www.macstrategy.com/article.php?114
Serial number didn't work but found a working one by searching google.
