Joke Ridge is a control panel that allows Mac users to mount ISO 9660 CD-ROM, with Joliet and Rock Ridge filename support.

Although Macs can read ISO 9660 CD-ROM natively, they cannot manage Joliet and Rock Ridge filenames, typically used in Windows and Unix systems. As a consequence, in volumes created under these platforms Macs usually see filenames with no more than 8+3 characters, even if they were originally longer.
