This is the "Epson Stylus Photo 1200" printer driver CD-ROM,
which also comes with Acrobat Reader 3.0.x in different languages:

For Windows:

Acrobat Reader 3.0.1 in Dutch, English, French and German
Separate 16-bit and 32-bit versions for Windows 3.1 and 95/98.

For Macintosh:

Acrobat Reader 3.0.2 in English and
Acrobat Reader 3.0.1 in Dutch, French and German.
