ECM lets BIN/CUE files be compressed better in WinRAR modeling the Error Codes present in the ISO images. This is the very first version of ECM for Mac OS X, released at the end of 2003 (PPC Only).

A most modern version is available in the App Store, just click in "Available for Purchase" for more information. (It's not on sale, it's free this utility).
