Dragon Ball Z is a Anime Designer for Bandai's Pippin Atmark game console.
The program is based on Flying Colors, an educational digital paint tool developed by Edward de Jong at Magic Mouse, with artist Mark Ferrari.
It used color cycling animation within a 256-color palette to create the illusion of motion.
The tool bar features standard image manipulation functions, including rotation and color adjustment. The disc includes a library of over 1000 images.

The .img here is made from the bin/cue file hosted at Mac1zzz´s server.
First DL is meant for SheepShaver or Basilisk II, which refuse to open the Pippin CD.
The image is of course not bootable with SheepShaver, but Dragon Ball does run with a bunch of MacOS - 8.6 and 9.0 may be preferable as the fonts in the game are there by default.
Second DL is for people with real vintage Macs preferring .sit files for good reasons.
The app´s icon is to be seen in the upper left corner in screenshot 4.

We already have a thread here: http://macintoshgarden.org/forum/pippin-gamesapps
Games that rely on the Pippin hardware "clock" will be hardly usable in SheepShaver, other apps should work, given the Pippin CD image can be converted into something the emulator does read.
Of course it should be noted that most apps will be Japanese only, unlike Dragon Ball setting its menu according to the MacOS language.
