@N2000 So, this website supposedly has it. The download links are valid, at the very least, and work. Not sure how much one can trust that website as far as clean files are concerned, however, but for now it's something: https://mac.softpedia.com/get/Utilities/Disctop-Pro.shtml#download

Interestingly enough, that's 2.5.2, one subversion above 2.5.1. Not 2.6, unfortunately.
Curiouser, it appears to work with (PPC) Leopard just fine, regardless of the online reviews...
Well in any case, it seems the issue here is gone. Excellent work, Jatoba.

Hmm, I won't be near a Mac OS X system for some days now, but if you are willing to test, I have found some links supposedly from the original developer's website which may or may not be version 2.6. In case you hadn't come across these yet, here they are:
Nevermind, just saw you mentioned version 2.6 is from 2008.April 2006 build: https://web.archive.org/web/20060413195915/http://www.mekentosj.com/disc...
February 2006 ".dmg.sit" build: https://web.archive.org/web/20060219122318/http://www.mekentosj.com:80/d...
December 2005 "Lite" version: https://web.archive.org/web/20051215081854/http://www.mekentosj.com/disc...
But this here might still be relevant, because even if version 2.6 isn't any of those, people can try compiling/fixing it for PPC Leopard with this: https://web.archive.org/web/20060319025812/http://www.mekentosj.com/disc...
Which seems to be source code from March 2006.
Hope any of this helps.
Version 2.6 added compatibility with OS X Leopard, and is likely floating around somewhere. Would be great if it was found.
