CoolViews is a utility for Mac OS 8 that gives you more control over the list views in Finder windows. With CoolViews, you can use solid background colors in lists, override date formats, change column widths, and create global list view preferences. Mac OS 8 is great. And with CoolViews, it's even greater!

Has since been replaced with a working copy.

~~The .hqx header and a portion of the code is missing from this upload. It is damaged beyond fixing~~
