If I'm not mistaken, this is essentially a slimmed down version of Speed Doubler for OS 8.5 to OS 9. All they really did was remove the disk cacheing & 68k emulator extensions to allow compatibility with 8.5 or later (which Speed Doubler 8 lacked support for). Also the download mirror is broken.
