The second download is supposed to be a Disk Copy 4.2 image of the original floppy disk. Unfortunately the original disk image on the Internet Archive seems to have been made by making a Disk Copy 6 image from the mounted and unlocked floppy disk. Consequently the date stamps on the Desktop files are wrong and the .img file is not the size of a floppy disk image. So I made a floppy disk from this using DiskDup+ (to preserve the Desktop placing of the icons) and made a Disk Copy 4.2 image of that disk. I did not attempt to change the date stamps because I do not know precisely what they were originally.
