The CDI file format is the most popular format for Sega Dreamcast burnable CD-ROM software. CDIrip is a tool which will scan and extract the contents of a DiscJuggler image. After extracting a CDI, the output files can be burned with burning software other then the proprietary Windows only DiscJuggler software.

The last version of CDIrip for Mac OS 9 is version 0.6.1. This version does not support all CDI image versions, version 3.5 is not supported.

The last version of CDIrip for Mac OS X is 0.6.2. All CDI versions are supported. All newer versions of CDIrip (0.6.3 and above) do not support Big Endian PowerPC.
