With Avid VideoShop, you can mix video, text, graphics, effects, CD-quality audio, and pictures to create high-quality videotapes and digital movies.

The CDs are Apple-bundled copies so no serial is required.

First download link is the English CD version.
Second download link is the German CD version.
Third download is a set of four HD floppy images English, NDIF compressed with Stuffit 3.6.
