Thanks for your effort to scan the booklet. Reading "Readiris Pro 16" at your comment remembers me that I've installed this application as well, right from the AppStore. Me also using "PDF Expert" from there, as an Adobe Acrobat replacement.
When assembling PDF files with these applications, be aware of the author's name, it usually adds your real name there, so my last step working on such files is to change that.
The covers and last page were scanned on an HP Scanjet 5590 flatbed scanner, interior pages on an IRIScan Desk 5 Pro overhead scanner. The document was assembled using Readiris Pro 16. I need to determine how to increase the contrast of the overhead scanner so that the paper is white instead of color.
