Adobe's DTP software, HomePublisher was yet another acquisition gained from the Aldus line-up to be absorbed into Adobe's growing stock inventory (Aldus in turn, had acquired this from Silicon Beach Software).
Previously marketed by Aldus, HomePublisher was initially known as "Personal Press", then "HomePublisher", reaching version 2.0.2 before being acquired by Adobe:
- Top DL: CD ROM .ISO image of "Adobe HomePublisher 2.0.2 Deluxe" compressed as StuffIt 3.6 ".sit" it is a 68k native software from late 1994.
The above scan of the CD label, clearly states the content as being "Adobe HomePublisher 2.0" but it installs as "Aldus HomePublisher 2.0.2 Deluxe". Nothing has changed here from Adobe's acquisition of the Aldus HomePublisher software other than the Adobe name and branding stamped onto this CD's label.

- 2nd DL: Adobe HomePublisher version 2.1 from 1996. Now both 68k & PPC native, the re-badging was updated fully and it now looked like an Adobe product throughout. This is an unregistered copy (SN is included), not in original installer form. It appears to be complete and fully functional. It was also checked clean for viruses with Disinfectant & Virex before uploading.

Meant for the home and small business sector, HomePublisher was still a very complex software that required learning tasks that you'd find in the major commercial DTP packages of the period such as PageMaker and QuarkXPress.
Abobe HomePublisher then languished and was shelved as a product at version 2.1
