I'm prepared to post that iBook to you, sans laptop bag (which was a pretty cool Targus 12" job) in the USA, rather than a realtively unknown member of the forum in Chile. Also, I think it has a better chance getting to the USA intact. Wouldn't even know where to begin sending something to Chile?
If you are still interested (It plays everything nicely in native OS9, although video RAM may be an issue with some more recent game titles) give me an email using the link on my posts.
hi mike tom do you hapened to have the mavios beacon 2.0 software it looks like from the site u gaved me they deleted it it was in media fire but its been removed , i would also apreciate a copy of the manual as pdf as well just to read about it and have a better explanation on how to use it marco:)
Hi MikeTomTom
I don't see the ads (R18+ or otherwise) because I have the Ghostery addon installed in my browser. You use SeaMonkey, right? I tested SeaMonkey with and without Ghostery and the ads do not appear when Ghostery is installed and set to block all trackers. The link protection has been essential for the security of the files that I host on RapidShare for the Garden. Since I installed it I have not had a single takedown of any file.
You are curious about where I get the files I upload....Well realMYST came from a torrent a while ago and I have been waiting for the "right time" to upload here. Myst Exile was my own copy (again waiting for the moment). Most files I source from the Adventure Legends website. A small but significant fraction of files there are Hybrids with a Mac partition, even though it is not stated....the problem is in identifying them. The d/l's from there usually require some processing on a Windows machine before they are in convenient form for the Garden. Some items I buy on ebay. I am happy to pay more than peanuts because I only buy items that I have an interest in, and want for myself...but I upload them here as well. Lately, I have been going through a large collection of items that Soudesune sent me on a portable HD...there are a lot of gems there still to be uploaded here. Other files that I host are the ones that IIGS User finds and makes pages for. Currently I host over 150 GB of files in RapidShare for the Garden...I think they are reasonably safe as RS have been taking major steps to protect themselves, and fortunately those steps have not impacted on the usefulness of RS (for me).
Cheers
Would it be possible to move this over to APPS/Reference without resorting to creating a new entry for it, or not possible?
There's a tool in the Drupal backend that offers to convert different types of content, but it's stamped with a big Only continue if you know what you are doing. I'd rather create a new page and move data manually if needed.
☃Disclaimer: Macintosh Garden does not claim rights to any software on the site. To the best of our knowledge, these titles have been discontinued by their publishers. If you know otherwise, please contact us and we will remove them accordingly. Thank you for your attention.

I'll be in touch... tho I live in NSW not the USA
