=======================================================================

Vertigo costs $10. Please register. The documentation has information on how to do this. You really ought to read the documentation at least briefly, but if you don't do that, here are a few important things you need really need to know.

=======================================================================

System Requirements:

tested under any Mac system 8.6 and up. I can't vouch for system 7 or earlier versions of OS 8 as I have never had the opportunity to test it under those circumstances.
300Mhz G3 minimum, 400Mhz or better preferably
a good video card hopefully
10 to 30 megs or RAM

The following extensions are also required and can be downloaded from http://www.apple.com.
DrawSprocketLib 1.7.6
NetSprocket 1.7.1
Quickdraw 3D 1.6

=======================================================================

If you are running under OS X:

When the program first starts hold down the option key. This will bring up a dialog box in which you will be able to turn off full screen mode. This setting will be saved for you, so you only have to do it the first time you run the program, not every subsequent time. Do this if you are running in OS X. If you don't, Drawsprocket will flake out on you and cause serious display problems during the game. Vertigo will run just fine under OS 8 or 9 in full screen mode, but if you prefer to have Vertigo run in a window on your desktop you can do so in OS 8 or 9 just as you would in OS X.

Thanks for trying out Vertigo. I hope you like it. I would love to hear people's reaction to this game. Please feel free to email me and tell me what you think.
