In the original Ultima (which never made it to the Mac), a Stranger From Another World freed the realm of Sosaria by slaying the dark wizard Mondain. Now the wizard's partner Minax has located the Stranger's homeworld... Earth.

Anyone got this to work on a Macintosh SE/30?
It boots and is fine untilI click on a menu, at which point I get the Mac Bomb.

Just added a character editor that - supposedly - let's you edit your characters stamina etc. starts up fine but no idea if it really applies the changes. Any Ultima fan here cares to test?

It can be beaten, but I remember it was very very hard - I had the certificate for beating it on the Apple ][ decades ago... Smile

The Ultima series has always been one of my favourites, the gameplay of Ultima II can't be beaten in my opinion. Paul Rowland
