The .zip download is fine, it includes Checksum file and working disk image with extension .dsk, which simply need to be dragged onto Disk Copy within emulation to be mounted. Another option to mount the disk is to add it to the drives list of the EmulatorGUI application, like you've added the Mac boot disk to the emulator's drives list.
