This game works with: Basilisk II,

"Step On It! is a Macintosh-exclusive puzzle platformer, ever-so-slightly similar to the famous Lode Runner series. There are many differences, though. You make your way level through level collecting loot and avoiding baddies, of course, but there is added complexity in movement.

Your character must build bricks to jump onto or use as support, which can also be destroyed. With those bricks you navigate along both the x and y coordinate systems, making your way around the world. They are also used to block off enemies (assuming they can't destroy bricks themselves!) and uncover secrets by building over them.

The enemies all bear likeness to toys but don't let your guard down; contact with them is always fatal. You have your common platform-fodder ones, but then there are balls which spin around all surfaces, robots that shoot lasers, and much more." --MobyGames.com

Similar to the 1980s arcade game Solomon's Key.

(Archive is of version 1.0.1 taken from Casady & Greene Fun Bundle II CD, and includes documentation.)

don't think it was ever released as a free update. Step On It X was a paid-for game.

Alas, been through my extensive backups, I don't have it.

Oah so cool, me and my bro used to play this so many times, please if someone just had the OS X update please!!
It was released and is still showing on MacUpdate and VersionTracker, but since they took their website offline forever and made it abandonware, you can't download it anywhere.

Please does anybody have the OS X version of this?
