The sequel to Shanghai: Dynasty, with more game modes.
"Dynasty is back, and this time, you get more than ever! Classic Shanghai, Dynasty, Pandamonium are back, plus Windstorm and new 'beat-the-clock' arcade modes. An official American Mah-Jongg association product, Second Dynasty now includes FOUR authentic versions of Mah-jongg. Fifty-four tilesets are now included, with optional 'power tiles', great for multiplayer mode! You can even create your own tiles by importing your custom images! Need more challenges? Go online and play online against real opponents! The challenge of Second Dynasty awaits!" --publisher's own description
"Activision's Shanghai: Second Dynasty doesn't really offer all that much in the way of new content over its three-year-old predecessor, Shanghai: Dynasty. It's got a few new tile sets, a number of new layouts, and some new game modes. However, it reuses the interface screens and much of the graphics of the game that came before it. As such, it probably won't seem like much of a value to those who already own Shanghai: Dynasty. But for those not yet familiar with the Shanghai PC game series, Second Dynasty's colorful graphics, soothing music, and encompassing array of both mah-jongg and shanghai variants are reason enough to recommend it to enthusiasts of either or both tile-based games." --review from Gamespot.com

I've uploaded the American English version.
Here's a PC-only version on the web: http://forcegame.blogspot.com/2008/06/shanghai-second-dynasty.html
I tried downloading it in the vain hope that maybe there was a Mac partition on it, but I found none.
Of course I'm in the States and would be willing to accept the shipment and upload it if someone else wants to bid on it, but the trouble is whether the eBay seller would agree to send it to someone other than the winning bidder. I'm guessing not...
I would bid if not 'ships US only'...
I would bid for this but alas, my wallet runneth dry. http://cgi.ebay.com/SHANGHAI-SECOND-DYNASTY-WINDOWS-95-98-POWER-MAC-/120...
BTW I will be uploading the previous game in the series, Shanghai Dynasty, tomorrow.
Althought most hints about .sit files not to be unstuffed directly on windy operating systems, I believe that unstuffing a .cdr file should not cause problems, as you directly add such files to your emulator's drives list like the emulated Macintosh boot hard disk in first place.
Althought the minimum System requirements told it requires a PowerPC G3, I got it to run on my legacy PowerPC 604e at its time.
It also runs in SheepShaver, which doesn't emulate a G3, but there seems to be some graphical glitches: The removal animation doesn't hide (see the red half-circle in the screenshot above).
I've uploaded the german version, so if anyone is in luck to get english version, please add it to the download basket.
