So getting the SDL framework this calls for is getting really hard to find, but a simple work-around is to download Sonic Robo Blast 2 ( https://macintoshgarden.org/games/sonic-robo-blast-2 ) and open the package contents and copy the Frameworks folder into the same place on whichever Triad app you are trying to run and it seems to launch and work great.

This an official port for OS X. No need to use DOSBox.

No, it was DOS-only game. You could try your luck with SoftPC.
