"Corruption is one of Magnetic Scrolls' interactive fiction games. It is also one of the few 'real world' based games (ie: no elves, magic, etc).
You play a stockbroker on the fast track to riches when suddenly there are attempts on your life and the words 'insider dealings' floating around!"
"Sticking with the 'real-world' theme, the manual is in the form of filofax pages, complete with ring binder holes for you to put into your actual filofax." --MobyGames.com

A most excellent contribution, bertyboy. This game feeds my craving for evermore diabolical schemes with which to subjugate the world, bwahaha!
Seriously though, thanks. And I love that the menus on these Magnetic Scrolls games feature the Atari ST font, even on Mac!
Added hi-res scans of all the original game documents. All created into PDFs.
There are 5 documents, but of course, you only see the first on this page, you need to click "Edit This Page" to see (and be able to download) them all.
Ripped the music cassette in the game box to AIFF (with Spin Doctor included with Toast) and then converted to mp3 (@192kbps). Stuffed the mp3's (2 sides of the tape) with Stuffit v5.5.
Let's have no complaints about mp3's over some lossless standard, this audio came from a 22 year old tape. And no complaints about Stuffit v5.5, if you have a Mac that can't run Stuffit v5.5, the mp3's are bigger than any hard disk you have, and certainly too big to load into RAM.
Manual being scanned this afternoon or tomorrow.
OK, true.

Anyone heard of a Mac game publisher called Rainbird?
Yes, I think you should contact Daxeria to get instructions how to continue: http://daxeria.110mb.com/games.htm
(the name mentioned at the top of the site is clickable).
Thanks for checking. It was an ordeal getting it onto my old SE, and then connecting that to my MDD. I still have the old Farallon iPrint Adapter, 230kbps in, Gigabit Ethernet out over AppleTalk anyway.
The box, audio tape, disk, casino chip, everything is in perfect condition. I really should send it to someone who will appreciate it. It is on Daxeria's most wanted list, I should send him the box.
Disk image runs fine with Mini vMac. Thanks for wrapping it into an disk image, makes things easier.
There is an interpreter for Magnetic Scrolls games, look at Maczentrisch.de/magnetiX, which should make this game runable with Mac OS X.
