I think this one is based on The All New Captain Kangaroo, the 1998 Saban (yes, Power Rangers) reboot with John McDonough in blue instead of Bob Keeshan in red as the Captain.

The art's a bit of a giveaway.

Found this at a giveaway pile last Spring. There should be a TOAST or ISO image of the BIN/CUE that I created as a second download, so that it is easily mountable in emulators such as SheepShaver, and this game also needs some testing "in SheepShaver" so that all the emulation glitches are worked out! Let me know the results! Thanks!
