A fast-paced 2D top-down action/arcade shooter game, released in 1997 by Ultra/United. It also features a killer soundtrack of energetic electronic music and very sleek "TripTronic" vector graphics.

Can somebody tell me how to burn this game correctly with the audio tracks? I've converted .mp3 files to .wav, and then converted the .dsk file to .iso. I've tried several recording methods on Mac and PC. Even created a .cue file. I have wasted 9 CD-Rs trying to burn the game but nothing... It doesn't work. My PowerMac with Mac OS 9 only loads the audio part of the CD-ROM and not the data. I can not burn the game under OS 9 because I don't have a CD burner on that Mac. I can only use a G5 with Mac OS X 10.5 to burn the game (with Roxio Toast Titanium) or use a PC Windows. I don't have any problem burning other games. I think it would be great if somebody makes a perfect ".toast" file of the original disc.

One of the best arcade games I've played, a truly under-appreciated classic.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it work in SheepShaver with OS9. For some reason, the Demo version works, but after unlocking the full version it will crash on startup (at first with error 3897, now with -199). Anyone have any ideas? I can get it working on Windows XP, funnily enough, but not here!

I've uploaded a second archive made from a CD version that includes bonus audio tracks.

marco75, what hardware are you running this and the other games you mentioned on? If you are not using an emulator, you might try InputSprocket or USB Overdrive.

This is an entertaining game, it's different enough from Robotron and other arena shooters to be worthwhile... I had this before and it's well worth the download. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to play it with a USB controller, so you'll be fumbling with a lot of keys.

I just added a screenshot, Attila.

It seems to run perfectly in SheepShaver running System 8.6. It's got a neat soundtrack. Sort of makes me want to hold a light-switch rave.

I'm clueless about most of the emulators because I don't have a newer mac. If anybody wants to test this and add more info and screenshots, please do!
