Guides on emulating older games

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is the direct sequel of Assassin's Creed II, picking up right after the conclusion of the previous game. The story once again features Ezio Auditore da Firenze, now a legendary Master Assassin, as he strives to rebuild the Assassin Brotherhood in Rome, by bringing down the tyrannical Templar family, the Borgia, and bringing the city into the true wealth and wonder of the Renaissance. Downloads 1 - 4 are the parts of a zipped archive of the game installer disc image. To reassemble, place all the parts in one folder, then drag the .001 file to The Unarchiver. This will join all the parts and unzip the archive.

After installation and opening the game application, click the button at the bottom right of the opening screen to play offline.

If you want both Brotherhood and Assassin's Creed II to be simultaneously installed and playable, see the notes on the Assassin's Creed II page.

Architecture: x86 (Intel:Mac)

Minimum requirements:

3.06 GHz Intel Core2 Duo (Intel Core i7 recommended)
Mac OS X 10.5 or OSX 10.6 (only).
9 GB hard drive space
256 MB dedicated video card with Shader model 3.0 or higher

Supported video cards at time of release
NVIDIA GeForce GT 100 series or higher
ATI Radeon HD 4000 series or higher

Tested OK on a 2009 MBP running Snow Leopard.

Although the game compatibility is supposed to be restricted to Leopard or Snow Leopard only, there are reports that it can be made to run in Lion. See Post #12 of this thread on MacRumors. I have not tried this with Lion on a Mac that satisfies the video requirements.
