This is a 3,3 Gb DMG file, containing all user-made add-on files for Ambrosia games (plugins, maps, manuals, etc.), stored on the site Ambrosiasw.com.
I did full site backup in 2015, expecting that site will be closed with time. Some time ago I found that Ambrosia site is down and made this DMG file for old mac's games fans.
Tons of Escape Velocity (+ EVO, +NOVA) and other games plugins available for download again!
Beside games, some old Ambrosiasw news and articles can be found on this backup.

It's always good to have backups from multiple sources and to confirm first-hand whether they are complete or not. Uploads like yours assure us we have more sources, and more sources means more certainty we got as much as possible archived.
For longevity, someone should try uploading the file directly to this page, too. The MEGA link could still remain as an alternate, quicker option (for as long as it works).
